Reservations:

A credit card deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Arrivals:

First time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a client profile and receive a tour of our facility. If you plan to use our spa amenities please arrive 30 minutes early prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be reduced in order to be on time for the next scheduled client. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.

Group/Multiple Services:

Any Group bookings or multiple services will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. Any cancellations less than 48 hours of appointment time will result in a no refund policy of the deposit.

Cancellations:

Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24-hour notice of any changes to the schedule. A 50% fee will be charged for any changes less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. 100% fee will be charged for no shows.

Payment:

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For verification purposes, please note that a valid California driver’s license is required all credit cards and checks. No out-of state checks will be accepted.

Gratuities:

In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 15-20 % of the total service cost is customary.

Amenities:

A locker, key, robe, slippers and towels are provided with all spa treatments. A $50.00 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

Personal Property:

Spa Xanadu is no responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend not to bring any items of value to the spa.

Gift Certificate/Cards:

Gift certificates and gift cards are available for spa packages, individual treatments, or any dollar amount. You must present the gift certificate/gift card prior to service. Gift certificates/gift cards for spa packages must be redeemed in one visit. Both gift certificates and gift cards may be used on all products and gratuity. A service fee is applied to all gift certificate/gift card transfers. Spa Xanadu is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or gift cards. Non- refundable.

Refund Policy:

We will gladly accept product returns within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All sales on make-up products are final.

All series are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.

No refunds for services rendered.

Spa Etiquette:

Spa Xanadu strives to maintain a peaceful and sanitary environment for all of our guests. Please turn off all cell phones, pagers and maintain a quiet level of conversation when entering the spa. In consideration of others, bathing suits are required when using the whirlpool. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
