Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. As this massage focuses on specific areas, it may cause some soreness during or right after the massage, but it should subside within a day or so. Large amounts of water intake and applying Sombra pain relief after massage is highly recommended.

Pregnancy Massage
A light, customized, gentle massage designed for mothers-to-be. This pre-natal massage focuses on relieving lower back discomfort and fatigue. Pregnancy can affect a body in a multitude of ways, from fluid retention, to swelling, leg cramps, back pain, and headaches. Rest securely while cradled comfortably on your side in a nurturing position. The therapists use gentle pressure to ease your pains, promote relaxation, and minimize joint pressure. Service is offered in 2-3rd Trimesters.
