Reservations:
To ensure the availability of your desired spa service, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Additionally, kindly advise us if you are pregnant, have any health concerns, or have any specific preferences when scheduling your treatments.

Spa Facilities:

Please inform us in advance if you plan to use the facilities prior to your service, as they are not available without a reservation. They are complimentary with any spa service of 1 hour or more.

Cancellations/No Shows:
Please be courteous by providing us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes to the schedule. Cancelations or No Shows will be charged in Full

​

Appointments:
Please arrive 30-minutes prior to the scheduled treatment time to allow time to relax in the lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpool.  Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment.  Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.  The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Gratuities:
In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuities may be given at your discretion for the therapist and support staff. 15% for good service, 18% for great service, and 20% for excellent services of the total, regular-priced service cost is customary. Group parties of 4 or more will automatically be calculated at 20% gratuity.

Group/Multiple Services:
Any group bookings or multiple services will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. Any cancellations less than 72 hours of the appointment time will result in a no-refund policy of the deposit.

Amenities:
A locker, key, towels, robe and slippers are provided with all of our spa treatments. A $50 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

​

Personal Property:
Spa Xanadu is not responsible for any personal belongings. We recommend not bringing items of value into the spa.

Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For verification purposes, please note that a valid California driver’s license is required for all credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted.

 

3% Credit Card Processing Fee will be applied to all product purchases, gratuities paid by card, and any transactions involving monthly promotions or coupons

Promotion Gift Certificate: 

Spa Finder, Spa Week, Yelp, must be use in single visit , can not be apply toward gratuity or store credit or any kind of credit refund. Please advise at time of booking.

Cannot be used towards gratuity and if gift card does not cover full service amount, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added.

Gift Certificate:
Gift certificates are available for spa packages, individual treatments, or any dollar amount. They cannot be redeemed or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates MUST be present at the time of service, and may only be used towards services and products only. No cash/debit refunds. Certificates for spa packages must be redeemed in one visit. Cannot be applied towards gratuity. 

Please call if you believe your gift card or gift certificate as not been redeemed in passed 1 year.

Refunds:
We will gladly accept product returns within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All make-up sales are final. All series are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds for services rendered.

Spa Etiquette:
Spa Xanadu strives to maintain a peaceful and sanitary environment for all of our guests. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers, and maintain a quiet level of conversation upon entering the spa. In consideration of others, bathing suits are required when using the whirlpool. Please shower prior to entering the whirlpool or there will be an $100 fee if whirlpool is contaminated. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Promotional Offers:
Spa Xanadu offers different marketing promotions. Terms and conditions apply for each offer. Customers must bring in a copy of the offer at the time of service. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions or spa package, and will not be valid with Spa Finder, Spa Week, Gift Certificates or Gift Cards . Expired promotions will not be honored.
